She wanted to save the city by such a significant issue.

6. 300 (2006)

This film is a true story based on Spartan King Leonidas and his army of 300 men. They fought the Persians at the Battle of Thermopylae, which happened in 480BC. With King Gerard Butler and Queen Lena Headey. The film is a perfect combination of great acting and action.  

7. 12 Years a Slave (2013)

The movie is about a free black man who was captured and made a slave in 1841. It is all about the life of the slave Solomon Northup and his struggles. The fantastic movie won the award of best picture at the Oscars and was greatly respected by audiences and critics. The director of the film was Steve McQueen, who created one of the most touching and realistic movies based on true stories.

8. Midnight Express (1978)

Midnight Express is a movie of Billy Hayes, who was an American college student, caught illegally smuggling drugs outside the area of Turkey. He was sent to prison, where he tried to escape a couple of times. Every time he was recaptured and beaten brutally. The movie shows the complete life of imprisonment and how difficult it is for a young person to stay there.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks are the lead actors in this film. DiCaprio manages to become an expert in forgery and cash checks of a rich person.
